Where the Wild things arn't...

That would be in my fridge. Friday I was sick with some sort of weird gas thing that had me doing nothing all day and watching TV. Never a good thing. I watched 30 Days on Netflix and this episode was about Animal Rights. I boohooed though the whole thing. Then I watched a great documentary called Forks Over Knives. MIND BLOWN! Who knew going vegan was so dang good for you? So I decided to cut down our meat to 3-4 nights a week and even then the only meat I'm eating is meat that I know where it came from. Anything pre-made or not marked is staying at the store. I want good Karma from my meat. There is no reason, what so ever, to abuse the animal you are about to eat. Also decided to carry on not drinking milk or eating milk products and to not eat eggs. Why eggs you ask? You know, its not about the egg. The egg is not fertilized, it's not even a real chicken. Its the abuse of the chicken that laid the egg. I cant eat an egg that came from a chicken that never saw the light of day or pecked in the grass. It just seems depressing. I've had these feelings on my heart for a really long time, now I want to act upon them because I know I can. Here's to Change!
