Day 19

I started this blog a little late in the game so on he 24 day challenge, I'm already at day 19. It's exciting that my initial challenge is almost over, but scary too. I don't plan to make any major changes t my diet and increase my exercise so that's good. I've even found a few ways to reward myself without going crazy.

Yesterday I ate out for only the second time since starting the challenge. I think I did well with my limited options. It was Indian food so i had a tiny bit of rice with veggie curry stuff and a little dark chicken. Half my plate was salad with a light dressing and a chunky salad wih some sort of Italian dressing. Had cucumbers, onions, and red and green bell peppers. I tryed to flick off the dressing. Over all I think I did ok. I definately wanted to eat more.

Friday I made us a whole wheat pizza with chicken sausage. It was a total treat ( oh the carbs! ) but thats ok because it was worth it. Now yu know the good and the "bad" lol.

I'll try to blog later this week about my workouts and how I plan to kick them up a notch.
